Refined Student Living was created to offer expertise in student housing management and development. Our experience is in student housing and student housing is all we do. We utilize that experience to maximize your properties potential from development to management. We prefer to get involved with the property in its planning stage where we evaluate all aspects of the project and make recommendations to maximize the value of the property and ensure a seamlessly transition from construction to operations.

JODY ROBINS
President
As President of Refined Student Living, Jody Robins oversees the overall operational, financial, property management, and strategic leadership of RSL.
Jody graduated from Utah State University with Bachelors’ Degrees in Business Management, Economics, and Finance. Jody continued his education at the University of Nevada in Las Vegas, where he earned an MBA and a Master’s Degree in Hotel Administration.
Jody brings to Refined Student Living over 15 years of property management experience in residential and commercial properties. Prior to founding Refined Student Living, He time as property manager of luxury student housings. Before that, he was the Chief Operating Officer of a property management company where he managed daily operations of the company while creating and improving operating procedures in all aspects of the business.
Jody is a driven leader and committed to excellence with an eye for continual improvement. He is a self-starter and is detail oriented while maintaining an overall comprehension of projects.
ZACH SPENCER
Vice President of Sales and Marketing
As Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Zach oversees all sales and marketing activity and is dedicated to ensuring client satisfaction.
Zach is a licensed Real Estate Broker with over 16 years of experience and success in real estate sales. He has a strong background in sales, property management, and development. He started his real estate career in 2006 and quickly found success in St. George, Utah where he became the sales manager of a 200+ home planned unit development. Zach then moved on to selling new homes for one the largest builders in Southern Utah. Over the course of 3 years he sold more than 300 new homes. He now brings his experience and focus on customer service to the Refined Student Living Team.
